If you did not install
the Public Beta, you can download and install without worrying about your
previously installed versions. Also, the JAWS Merge utility can be used
in the 4.51 release if you have earlier versions of JAWS and wish to merge
your settings as in past releases.
Note that this is
a Free Downloadable Update for 4.5 Customers. It will not be counted as
an SMA upgrade if you had previously received the 4.5 Release.
Registered JAWS 4.5
customers that wish to receive a CD version of this, contact Freedom Scientific
Sales Department and they will process an order to have the CD shipped
to you for $10 (includes shipping and handling for the USA). For Customers
outside the USA, please contact the Distributor or Dealer in your Country
to request the 4.51 CD.
Finally, we are pleased
to announce that the Basic Training Tapes for JAWS were updated again
during the Fall of 2002. This new recording was done this time using Windows
XP operating system. You can download the MP3 Files of these tapes for
free from the Training Page of the Freedom Scientific Web Site.
The files will also
be included on the new 4.51 CD or, you can order the cassettes from Freedom
Scientific Sales. The charge for any registered JAWS 4.5 Customer will
be $25 (includes Shipping and Handling in the USA). For customers outside
the USA, please contact the Distributor or Dealer in your country to order
these updated cassettes.
