It is "hot swappable" which means it can be inserted and removed with the PAC Mate running. It can be configured to work in most countries. Bluetooth Adapter from Socket CommunicationsUse this CompactFlash adapter for wireless connections to Bluetooth™-enabled devices such as cell phones, printers, Internet access points, Global Positioning System (GPS) receivers, and other computers. CompactFlash adapter allows you to use secure digital
(SD®) storage cards and other SD devices
in your PAC Mate's CompactFlash card slots. Simply place
the SD device into the CIDA2, and slip the CIDA2 into your
PAC Mate's flash card slot. Note: Be sure that
any necessary drivers are loaded onto your PAC Mate before trying
to use SD
