Flat Rate Repairs
A flat rate repair consists of returning a unit to the manufacturer's original specifications, repairing and/or replacing defective parts when necessary, and performing hardware and/or software modifications, when required. The flat rate repair does not include the replacement of braille cells on display units. An additional charge of $50.00 per cell will be applied if cell replacement is needed.
